Ha Tinh Investment Projects Being Implemented

1. Han Hwa Resources Company Ltd., has a total capital of 3.6 million USD, which focuses on reforestation and pulp production.

2. The investment project on producing, trading in and processing synthetic wood, capitalized at 25 billion VND, is implemented by Phi Hung Private Enterprise in Vung Ang industrial zone 1, Ky Anh District, Ha Tinh Province.

3. The project on export forest product processing plant, capitalized at 16.5 billion VND, built in Vung Ang industrial zone 1, Ky Trinh Commune, Ky Anh District, Ha Tinh Province, is implemented by Tan Truong Phat Company Ltd.

4/. The project “24 Hours-Service” of Hanoi Multi-National Share-Holding Company with a total investment capital of 138 billion VND is built in Ky Trinh Commune, Ky Anh District.

5/. The project on brewery factory in Nam Cau Phu, Ha Tinh Town, of Viet Trung Share-Holding Company, has a total investment capital of 20 billion VND.

6/. The project on eco-tourist resort and hotel in Gia Lach, Nghi Xuan, of Hoang Mai Ngoc Share Holding Company, is built on an area of 10 ha with a total investment capital of 72 billion VND.

7/. The project on Nam Sot hydro-electric power plant, Huong Son, is implemented by Huong Son Hydro-electric Power Share-Holding Company (the joint-venture of four companies, including Ha Tinh Trade and Mineral, Hanoi Electricity I, Hanoi Construction and Mechanics, and Hanoi Urban Transport and Infrastructure Construction). The total capital for two stages reaches 850 billion VND, including the pledged capital for the first stage of 442 billion VND.

8/. The project on building hotel in Thien Cam is implemented by Construction Materials and Building Company, under the Ministry of Trade, capitalized at 50 billion VND.

9/. Ho Ho hydro-electric power plant in Huong Trach Commune, Huong Khe District, worth 200 billion VND, is invested by Electricity Company I. It has a capacity of 10MW and a productivity of 50.3 million KWh.

10/. The investment project on processing forest products for export in Xuan An Township is invested by Xuan Lam Company Ltd.,

11. The trade service project covering 2ha is implemented by Manh Phu Trade Company with a total investment capital of 24 billion VND.

12. The cable car project at Huong Pagoda and other support facilities of Van Duc Company Ltd., Ho Chi Minh City, has a total investment capital of 45 billion VND.

13. The project on building thermal-electric power plant I in Vung Ang is being carried out by LILAMA Corporation with a total investment capital of 1.2 billion VND.

14. The project on building an 18-hole golf course, covering 100ha in Xuan Thanh Commune, Nghi Xuan District, is implemented by Hong Lam Company Ltd., Ho Chi Minh City, with a total investment capital of 20 million USD.

15. The project on building VEDAN tapioca starch processing factory in Vung Ang Port, Ha Tinh Province, is implemented by VEDAN Share-Holding Company Ltd.,

16. The project on Ha Tinh steel refining and rolling mill with a capacity of 500,000 tonnes/year, is implemented by Ha Tinh Trade and Mineral Company and Van Loi Steel Corporation with a total investment capital of 700 billion VND in the first stage.
